What a delightful hotel!

This is a rather grand (though dated) hotel. The lobby is beautiful and very well maintained. Room (deluxe with river view) was spacious and very well appointed. toom type provided access to the lounge each afternoon with free beer and teas. nuts are provided but you are not allowed to bring your own snacks. Location on the Toyohira River with views across the mountains is beautiful. There is konbini across the road and couple of dining options nearby. Largely though you need to cross the river and move into downtown Sapporo for a decent array of options. Roughly 10-15 mins walk. Metro is also 10-15 mins walk and tram probably around 20. The hotel offers a shuttle to the train station for airport transfers - do this, it saves multiple changes. Staff were lovely though we did have an odd experience on checkout, which wasn't the best end to out stay, where we were asked to wait in the lobby until our room was checked and cleared.

Wonderfull stay

We are stay at this hotel for 3 days. We are enjoy and happy to stay. The room is clean, and the location is near from everywhere. The breakfast have many option. On the last day they are prepare function room special for our group for breakfast. Thank you for wonderfull memories.

静かなロケーション

札幌駅から少し離れてますが、空港バスのバス停もあるし、空港との移動にはあまり不便は感じませんでした。市街地とのアクセスはあまり良くない印象ですが、札幌駅までならホテルのシャトルバスもあるようですね。大きなホテルで、部屋も接客も全てが上質で施設自体は満足でした。レンタル自転車も用意されているようで、少し離れたスポットに行くには便利かも知れません。目の前にコンビニもありますが、館内の自販機はホテルとしてはかなりコスパ高ですよ。

札幌旅行に利用させてもらいました。 ホテルマンの方々が丁寧でお会いするたびに挨拶してくれるなど気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 札幌駅やすすきのから少し距離はありますがおすすめです。

よく一人で行きます。家族ずれも多く賑わっていますが、園内が広いので混雑感は無いです。芝生に一人座っているとなんとも癒されますよ。天気がいいと潮風が爽やかです。おにぎりを持って１日いることも多いです。
