Great location, practically on the lake, short walking distance from the main attractions. The traditional dinner was OK, but the breakfast was quite below average even for the traditional Japanese food lovers. The room and hotel facilities are quite old and everything looks a bit shabby It’s ok for one night stay, but if stay in the area a bit longer, consider another place to.

Located in the center of Akankohan town, this hotel also overlooks the shores of Lake Akan, which you can enjoy a splendid view of, both from the reception hall and from the individual rooms. The common areas of the hotel are large, as are the rooms. The latter are arranged according to the traditional Japanese model, with tatami mats on the floor; moreover, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and functioning. We took advantage of the half-board service in this hotel. So we had both dinner and breakfast here. I would like to draw attention to the fact that the dinner was excellent, with a set of dishes brought to the table at the same time, kept warm - where requested - by specially provided burners: all with a beautiful scenic effect, as well as gastronomic. I therefore believe I must give this hotel the maximum score.

Hotel molto grande direttamente sul lago di akan ( vicino anche al traghetto per fare un giro sul lago). Avevamo la stanza vista lago con due futon. Camera spaziosa e pulita. L'hotel si trova vicino a una strada con tanti negozietti di souvenir

防音がよくない

団体ツアーで宿泊しました。全体的に老朽化していて、2階宿泊しましたが、上の階の足音ですごく響きます。 大浴場は狭いです。 大浴場も露天風呂は地下一階にあります。露天風呂は露天風呂といえないです（苦笑い)びっくりするほど狭くい。 おそらく喫煙所の横？あるため、たばこのにおいがします。 立地はよかったです。 阿寒湖遊覧船の乗り場はすぐ目の前、アイヌコタン行くにも便利です。 近くにコンビニもあります。 夜布団は自分で敷くかなぁと思って、電話して、確認しましたが、順番に伺うとのことで、夜９時半まで待っても来ませんでした。 やはり団体ツアーだから自分で敷くでしょうか？

阿寒湖畔で土産物店街もホテル前で環境はとても良かった。食事も地元食材利用など嬉しいです。朝食はバイキングで種類も多く美味しく頂きました。ホテルの従業員の方も親切、丁寧で気持ち良かったです。
