Amazing property. Food a bit expensive with lunch best price point. Easy to get to main town with the free bus. Skiing unreal with few lifelines. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely helpful and kind. We are very pleased with the experience

This is my first trip in Hokkaido, Japan. I planned this trip one year in advance due to I travel alone so I would like to make sure everything run smoothly. I heard the fame of this hotel such as good location, full service, near Hokkaido Lion Adventure’s activities, ski in-out and others. I really had a great experience here without doubt. Special thank to helpful staffs : Front Office - Maria/ Yu / Yuri / Ayano / Nanoka / Ong / Chang / Widhi - FB / Aislin Allo - FB. Other staffs who I could not remember name were also amazing. Without their help, my dream could not cone true :) Very worth value.

Hôtel très confortable et très agréable avec une belle vue panoramique. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire l’accueil par Jayson et le manager est exceptionnel! Merci à tous le personnel de l’hôtel d’avoir fait notre séjour très agréable. Le sushi, bar est juste Amazing c’est un vrai spectacle !

Outdoor Onsen for the Win

The hotel had an onsen in the facility, with an outdoor component. Being in an outdoor onsen while it was snowing was a magical feeling. Moreover, since I don't ski, I managed to enjoy the onsen alone while everyone was busy skiing. I even went to the onsen 10 times in 2 days owing to its convenience and amazing views. There was also a huge tub in the room, with the toilet separate from the shower. My status as a diamond member was recognized, and I was provided a beautiful corner room upgrade with a view of Mt Yotei and Niseko-cho. The room had a welcome card, a bottle of red wine and a bottle of Moet. There was Royce chocolates, a yogurt drink and pastries. I was also given welcome drinks and welcome cheese platter. The breakfast was very good: I loved the eel omelette with cheese. They even had freshly made mozzarella balls in the buffet station. The FB team also gave me cookies after the trip as a farewell present. The hotel is very convenient because it is also a dropoff point for the bus to Chitose Airport. A very good and pleasant staycation.

Exceptional staff: Anura (reception), Bandana (porter), Myca (Yotei), Jamie (Melt). We also tried the snow rafting, and the experience was awesome! Although the cleanliness of the plates and utensils at Yotei during breakfast can be improved.
