At the end of February, the whole family moved in with two children. Full of fun and surprising, it implements the brand concept. The service was good, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, there's nothing bad to say about it. I am happy that my membership upgrade to platinum level will provide breakfast. Thanks to Kazuyuki Sugada for the reception.

Near to metro station, restaurant and convenience stores

it is near to nambuku metro line and it is walking walking distance from nakajima koen station, staff service is excellent and the room is spacious

Very good hotel for the price and location. The staff was very attentive even though it was the busiest week of the year; the Sapporo Snow Festival. They really spent time answering our questions and directing us to the places to see. It was a great stay!

Look no further than the Ibis Style Sapporo

This is my second time at Ibis Styles Sapporo and it will always be my first choice whenever I'm in Sapporo. I stayed in a Deluxe Plus King Room and it was very spacious. Great views of Sapporo and the ferris wheel. Breakfast had a great selection of local, Japanese and western dishes every morning and buffet station refilled frequently. The location is easy access to the subway, a short walk to nearby bars, restaurants and shops. Also, a Lawsons attached to the hotel is you're feeling a bit lazy. What makes Ibis Styles Sapporo the best in my opinion is the customer service. No request was too great. An example of going above and beyond is when my partner left some money in the room and didn't realise until we were in another city. I reached out to Emily and was luckily able to locate it after the guests who stayed in the room had checked out. Emily then posted the money to the next hotel we were staying at in Tokyo, even confirming with them that we were guests checking in when the package would arrive. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by Emily and her team is to be commended. They are a true asset to the hospitality industry and I appreciate everything they did for us. To everyone looking for a place to stay in Sapporo, you don't need to look further than the Ibis Style. To Emily and her team, thank you again for the excellent customer service. I've stayed in plenty of hotels all around the world and I honestly don't think I've experienced better service than what you have provided. I will definitely be back again.

部屋が広いのでいつもここ！

札幌宿泊の時はいつもここに泊まります。部屋が他のホテルより広くて良いです。バストイレルームも広くしっかりしたドレッサーがあり良いです。湯船に浸かる時は溢れないように要注意です。 電気自動車用急速充電器の設置が無いので⭐︎-１　あれば⭐︎５付けても良いです お気に入りのホテルです^_^
