Good location and very friendly helpful service from the check-in desk. They spoke little English and I spoke little Japanese but we managed fine. Rooms were large more western style than Japanese. Buffet breakfast was good I suggest purchasing this experience. Location was a short walk from Odori Park the reason why I came this time of year for the Sapporo Snow & Ica Festival.

I was in Sapporo with my wife and son for the annual Snow Festival. Although the prices were well above what this hotel merits, it is hard to get rooms during the festival and all of the hotels were raising their rates. This hotel has a perfect location, close to Odori Park and all subways and the streetcar. The rooms were average, but had washing machines. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The personnel were fine except for the hapless, pathetic desk clerk who refused to speak to me in his own language and pulled out his Google translator to tell me in written English that he would not help me ship my luggage to another hotel (which is customary in Japan). Instead, he sent me into the cold and the snow in search of a shipping company office that did not exist in the location he specified. Fortunately, I found a Seven Eleven that shipped my bag with the usual Japanese service and courtesy.

Zero hospitality counter staff

Do not stay here if you expect the hotel to help you when you check-out and needed a taxi/cab to go to the airport. The staff were heartless and even suggested us going out with our luggages to get a taxi/cab. Given the "high traffic" condition, they said that they could not get a taxi for us. We ended up finding our own ways to use a taxi app to get our own transportation to the airport and it only took under 5 mins. Why is this so if the traffic is congested or "high traffic" as what the Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori staff explained? The hotel is okay but the staff were heartless and not welcoming.

ビジネスホテルとしては悪くありません。ツインのシングル利用でもタオルが2人分あるのはありがたい。 東急ステイはどこも同じですが部屋の中に電子レンジがあるのが便利です。 立地は大通りと大通駅からは少し歩きます。

快適なホテル、自炊するのもありかと思います

チェックインの際に、キチネットタイプにアップグレードして頂きました。部屋の大きさも設備の状態も申し分なく、快適でした。すすきの駅や地下街に近く、狸小路にも近いです。大通公園にはほんの数分で出ることができ、早朝の散歩は気持ちよかったです。今回は１泊素泊まりで、備え付けのコーヒーを頂いたのみですが、次回以降はミニキッチンを使い、近所のデリやスーパーで食材を購入して食事を楽しむのも悪くないかと思います。また朝食付きのプランもあるようです。
