客室が使いやすい

客室(ツイン)は大変きれいで、かつ使いやすい設計です。バス・トイレはついていませんが共用トイレはきれいに清掃も行き届いています。大浴場も洗練されてシンプルだが使いやすい浴場で満足でした。次の機会があればぜひとも使いたいホテルです。 ニセコ花園スキー場にも近く便利な立地でこちらも満足。 コロナが落ち着き外国人が利用しだすとどうなのか…。 いかにも外国人好みの仕様になっていた。 素晴らしホテルでした。

キャビンとしては悪くない。

ホテルと考える満足度は決して高くないが、カプセルホテルやキャビンと考えると、不満な点は価格くらいでしょうか。 だと思います。周囲の音は当然だだもれです。 よい点は以下になります。 ・目の前にコンビニとスーパーがあるので、食事や日用品で不便に思うことはありませんでした。 ・共有スペースが少しあるので、キャビン以外でも過ごせるところがよかったです。 ・スキーロッカーとワックス台があるので、スキーホテル並みに便利でした。 悪い点は以下です。 ・スキーのハイシーズンということもあり、キャビンスタイルの宿泊施設としは明らかに価格が高いです。 ・併設しているレストランが、昼間営業していません。レストランの広いスペースを解放してくれればいいのにと、思いました。

Immaculate and quirky

This place is classed as a hostel as it has shared facilities but it couldn’t be further from the truth! The whole hotel was immaculate, the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. This place would have 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible in house restaurant. Breakfast was very average and didn’t end up being fed at night as we were kept waiting well over an hour after placing a food order to the point we had to walk out and get something from the supermarket next door.

Everything was perfect and well thought of

I am very satisfied with my stay here as everything is well thought off, especially for skiers and snow borders. The hotel had a modern lodge styled lobby, which was very welcoming. The check in was very easy as the employees were very helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and cosy. All the rooms do not have toilet or shower facilities; only a washing basin. The common bath area was very clean and not crowded. An indoor natural onsen was available too. The onsen was very therapeutic after a day of skiing. The buffet breakfast had a decent selections of warm food plus salad and fruits. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good too. I loved the grilled pork on rice. You can also find a 24 hour Lawson convenience store in the car park in front. The Max Valu super market is next door. There were also a few ramen shop and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Kutchan downtown is about 20 minites walk. They offered free bus service hourly catering for skiers to Hirafu Niseko and Kutchan JR train station. In the lobby, they provided lockers for each room guest, so that they can store their ski equipment overnight. They also provided additional luggage storage for free.

Great value

Stayed at First Cabin for 8 nights over Christmas and New Year. Really nice modern rooms and facilities. The spa/onsen was well stocked with toiletries for an apres-ski pamper. Very well situated close to Kutchan which has lots of bars and restaurants that are more a lot more reasonably priced than Hirafu. Also has a large supermarket next door for anything you might need. The only improvement suggestions I would have would be more variety at breakfast (it was scrambled eggs for 8 days straight), later shuttles back from Kutchan/Hirafu and more stops on the First Cabin - Hirafu such as somewhere on the Main Street.
