The best hospitality I had in Hokkaido stay! Including young staffs are full of warm heart welcoming guest everywhere especially at breakfast on the top floor with beautiful Otaru see view. Unforgettably memories.

Had a great stay here. The hotel is well located, clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, there was a good selection of food for breakfast with both Japanese and western options. The onsen was nice and the parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

운하와 철도역 인근으로 미야코도리 상점가 옆이며 오타루의 주요 관광지 밀집구역인 사카이마치혼도리에서도 크게 멀지 않은 좋은 위치의 호텔이다. 뛰어난 숙박시설뿐만 아니라 고급 욕장과 식당까지 편의성까지 높은 곳이다.

Exceptional service, wonderful hotel

The hotel lobby is beautiful, the rooms are wonderful (not the biggest, but completely adequate and with nice touches), breakfast is incredible (the view is amazing and the food/spread is phenomenal), and best of all for us, the staff was incredibly helpful. They all were exceptionally polite, were fluent in english, and the manager saved our trip (our flight into Sapporo was changed and delayed, I could not reach the rental car company to alert them, and at the last minute before take off, I emailed the hotel asking them to call the rental car company - Cheong, the hotel manager, called the rental car company on our behalf and told them to wait for us, which they did, and that allowed us to pick up our car that night and drive to Otaru). Also, the location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from many restaurants and a 24-hour Lawson's convenience store. We were happy with our stay!

12年前にも1度滞在し、居心地が良かったので今回もオーセントホテル小樽に決めました。 早めに予定を決めていたので早期割60プラン（素泊まり）で予約しました。 料金比較サイトを確認しましたが、公式ホームページからの予約が一番安かったので公式ホームページから予約しました。 公式ホームページに掲載されている早期割60プラン（素泊まり）では特典として駐車場代（¥1,500）無料とチェックアウトが12時まで（通常11時まで）が付いていました。 チェックアウト後もチェックアウトの時間までは無料で駐車可能とのことでした。 朝から境町通りでお土産などの買物をしようと思っていたのですが、10時から開店するお店も多く、12時まで駐車させてもらえたのでゆっくりお買い物を楽しめました。 公式ホームページ特典とっても役に立ちました！ スタッフの皆さんも親切で今回も快適に過ごせました。 また小樽に行く際はぜひ利用したいです。
