出張でいろんなホテルを何軒も回りましたが、札幌ではココと決めています 定宿です　先ずは立地です。札幌駅から徒歩すぐ。外観・内観共に高級感あります 部屋も広く綺麗で快適です　ベッドも枕も良いです　枕は購入しました。なんと言っても朝食のバイキングが最高にうまい。先ずコメが旨い　ななつぼしだったと思う　味噌汁も旨い。蝦夷鹿カレーと味噌ラーメンも旨い　赤・白ワイン飲み放題　サービス満点 ほぼ、毎月2泊から3泊で泊まる　安いよ

飛行機の欠航で旅程が大幅に変更になったのですが、親切な対応をしていただき、感謝しています。札幌駅からも近く、部屋も広く、清潔感もあり、また利用したいです。

Bad services at the front desk

I am staying at the hotel. When I checked in two days ago, I was given a room with the #404, I kindly asked the older gentleman at the front of desk to change a different room because my wife dislike the #404, the gentleman said that all other rooms were booked out. He could not help us. Apparently he was a lifer, none would believe that a hotel with 13 floors was totally sold out at 3:30 in the afternoon. When I asked him the possibility to change a room the second day the answer was NO. He didn’t.t want to make the simple change, just lied to us. During my stay at the hotel the occupancy of the hotel has been below 50%. Most of the windows were dark at 22:00. Why did he lie?

HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Aspen offers a good experience with helpful staff and an excellent location, but it may be on the expensive side. Keep in mind that hotel prices can fluctuate based on the season and demand, so it's always a good idea to compare prices and read reviews from multiple sources before making a booking.

We are very Happy to be staying at Sapporo my stays aspen for our holidays this year (2023). We love this hotel very much, the staff are fantastic, the facility's are second to none and the location is perfect. We look forward to seeing you on the 18th of December this year.
