地下鉄の駅から出て、すぐ看板が見えるので迷わず行けました。 上の階だったので眺望も良く、お部屋も清潔で良かったです。 フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフ、お掃除のスタッフ、皆さん気持ちの良い対応をしていただけました。 レストランは3店舗から選べますが、2泊しかできなかったので、2つしか行けずに残念。。。 TERRAは朝から朝日が入り気持ち良い店内で、Snow Peakに囲まれてキャンプ場にいるような気分になりました。ガレットも美味しくいただきました。 仲じまは、北海道の海鮮を味わえる海鮮丼を選びましたが、本当に美味しく、店内も静かでゆっくりできました。 温泉は夜は時間帯により混雑していますが、朝はゆっくりできました。 パウダールームのリファのドライヤーが良かったです。

Not a good experience

Very cramped room. Room was too warm and would not cool off. Breakfast closes very promptly at 10a, too early to enjoy a slow start to a day. Front desk won't help with restaurant reservations, not even to call for you. Spa tax as a surprise at check out; not ok. Hotel is very nicely kept, though.

We stayed here twice in 10 days. First time we stayed for 4 nights and second time form 3 nights. We enjoyed quite a large room and comfy bed, nice onsen, excellent breakfast and very nice staff. The location was very good, very close to subway station and airport bus stop.

温泉が最高でした

そこそこの広さの温泉大浴場があったのがとてもよかったです。ちょっとした露天風呂もついており、雪見風呂を楽しむことができました。大浴場のフロアはとてもきれいでした。 朝食会場はビュッフェ、和食、洋食の３会場から選べますが、スノーピーク監修レストランの洋食が、雰囲気もよくてよかったです。 高層階だったので眺めもよかったのですが、逆に遮るものがないため太陽が照り付けて、早朝から部屋の中が暑くて目が覚めました。これは盲点でした。 開業からそれなりの年月がたっているのでクロスやカーペットの汚れなどが気になりました。客室はそろそろリニューアルの時期なのかもしれません。

Massive hotel that has had all it's glamour rubbed off.

The hotel is a huge edifice and has a very pleasant lobby with the Farm to Table Terra restaurant opening off it. There are only four lifts and, for a hotel of 25 floors, that simply isn't enough, particularly at peak times. The corridors are quite dark but acceptably clean and fresh. Sadly the rooms, while spacious by Japanese standards, were very tired and run down and in need of a complete overhaul. The carpet was absolutely filthy and probably accounted for the unpleasant odor that was always present. The hot water pot looked as though it was original equipment from when the hotel was built. Choice of in room beverage consisted of black tea or green tea, no coffee, no creamers and no sugar, utterly pathetic. The fridge also looks like it was installed in the eighties. No available power socket next to where you automatically will set up the water pot. My wife missed the one behind the TV and had the cord stretched across the passageway, which is an obvious hazard, the solution to which is to FIND the outlet behind the TV or move the end table next to the other socket and set up the water pot there. My bed was comfortable enough. Crap pillows. The wife complained that hers sagged a bit and hurt her back. All the furniture, fittings and woodwork are tired, bashed and dirty. The bathroom, while adequately equipped is also tired and dingy. The toilet cistern was running for ages after flushing. We reported it and the maintenance man appears to have 'repaired' it by tying a plastic bag around a damaged part. The cistern mechanism also looks at least forty years old. We visited the eel restaurant inside the hotel and my wife said that it is just about the worst Japanese food that she has had in such an establishment, especially for the price. (We ate out the next night and for about the same price, had an excellent meal of very fresh seafood, which is what my Japanese wife came here to experience). Another problem is the hot spring or onsen. I have no idea if this is a genuine hot spring because the water displayed none of the properties of natural spring water that I have experienced over many years spent in Japan. The only property that we both noticed was the strong smell of chlorine. I didn't linger long. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet, while a bit frantic was very well supplied with a wide range of dishes and drinks. No complaints apart from the lack of windows in what is obviously also used as a conference room. My wife tried the Japanese breakfast and said it was adequate. We will try the Terra breakfast tomorrow as she likes fresh vegetables and maybe some more interesting bread. If the hotel has started to refurbish rooms, that is good. If not, they are behind schedule and need to pull their finger out.
