Located not too far away from the subway and tram station, we are not surprised how busy the hotel is. However, the service provided is still good and there is nothing much to complain about. The morning breakfast and room is good for those coming over for holiday or business alike.

Convenience and fun

The hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Just that we arrived at the same time with a tour group which made the reception and elevator area a bit cramp and messy. It's located in a quiet heart of a busy area and is close to transportations and shops. The only thing surprised us was it is in the middle of the red light district! Eye opening to see latest trends of night lives and types of clubs, bars and entertainment businesses. Though we feel safe in the area.

Located in Susukino area it's accessible to many restaurants, bars, convenient stores and the shopping street. Our room was cozy, nice with enough space to move around. Amenities are provided at the lobby such as coffee, toothbrush etc. Staff were very accommodating and helpful to your needs. They have a laundry area too so it's super convenient to wash your clothes if ever you didn't bring enough for your trip. My family and I had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

良い点: すすきのど真ん中にしては ・全体お部屋にゆとりあり 外の景色も見れるのと ・バスルームとお手洗い別 ・洗面台にあるドライヤーも風力強めすぐ髪乾く ・ウエルカムコーヒー24h使え アメリカンも選べる 改善点:結構あちこち口コミに女性書いてますが アメニティーに シャンプーコンディショナーバー とかも置いてる中 ・女性用化粧品アメニティーが何もないのにはビックリ 私も当たり前にあると思い市内ですけど持っていってないのでないことにビックリ。 ・これだけ外人客多くて取ってすぐ食べながら歩くとかは注意してもらわないと周りが迷惑。 ・外人も多い中で日本食種類が少なすぎる スクランブルエッグはハワイでもありましたがもっとかためですドロドロで食べられない、オムレツなり卵焼き、目玉焼きゆで卵なり種類増やしてほしいし フルーツやスィーツも少ない 私は市内人であちこち 市内泊まってますがやはり 朝食品数多く美味しいところが口コミ多く評判良くリピートしているのでいつも埋まっている。 こちらはベッドやお部屋も お手洗いも別 そのへんが最高良いのに 朝食とアメニティーが残念でした。

初めての利用です。 すすきのの交差点からはちょっと離れていますが、周辺はコンビニ多数で便利です。 ホテルもキレイで、内装も水回りも問題ありません。 フロントスタッフも親切です。 空調は、部屋設置のエアコン、空気清浄器はありませんでしたが、廊下に小型の加湿器があり、利用させていただきました。 比較的お安いのでリピありですね！
