Excellent resort hotel

From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Only criticism is that the pool closes really early in our opinion - 8pm. Other than that it's a great resort hotel with good facilities and offers amazing guest services. We only stayed for one day before moving on to our Disney vacation package stay but this would have been a good base for a longer stay if visiting Disney. Getting into Tokyo was still also easy by train but due to the size of the city and where you are located it can involve multiple changes and take well over an hour. Prior to our arrival they kindly accepted delivery of our pocket Wi-Fi so it was available to us on day of arrival. It was too early for us to go into our room but they checked us in, gave us the keys and looked after our bags. By the time we got back to our room the bags were there waiting for us. The rooms were very spacious if starting to look a bit worn around the edges. The beds were very comfortable and just what was needed after a long flight and due to an early morning arrival and with the time difference from London - a very extended day. Love how in Japanese Hotels proving pyjamas, tooth brushes and other amenities is standard and is what you can expect here too. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking Tokyo Bay and was able to watch the sunset behind Mt. Fuji. Their bathroom is also a wet room style with shower and bath with a separate. Ideal for families. There's an onsite shop which closes at 2300hrs where you can get snacks and drinks and the hotel is conveniently located near Bayside Station which is a 5min walk or they do offer a bus service to there too. This was a great introduction to Tokyo and we would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Prior to our arrival, the staff were so accommodating and helpful! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a great smile and warm welcome. We enjoyed it so much that my daughter and the kids were so sad to leave.  They loved the upgraded room with bunkbeds facing Disney.  Our first night was filled with happiness and joy from our kids screaming from the balcony while watching the fireworks.  We are all in an awe!  These moments and experience were made by Killian, Helena, Yuji, Yuki and the rest of the team!  I am truly grateful as there were no price tags on our kids' faces and reactions.  Everyone at the hotel was so energetic and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit as this one goes to the books for us!  Happiest Place on Earth indeed!

Great location to visit Disneyland. Great access to Maihama Station. Walking distance to other hotels, shopping, dining (if you don’t want to take free shuttle bus). Hotel was clean, fantastic service, fantastic buffet breakfast. Will return- however will book for a more luxurious room.

Dated accommodation close to theme park

This accomodation was picked due to being close to Disneyland. We stayed in the Family Premium club lounge access five beds corner room. The room The accomodation was five beds shoved into a pretty small room dating back to 1985 (nothing to what was advertised). We were placed on the 4th floor which also looked like it had not been updated since 1985. The view of the room was a beautiful view overlooking Tokyo Bay (a saving grace). The bathroom was also from 1985 with a shower that sprayed everywhere and a dated shower curtain. The bathroom struggled to cope with a family which makes me wonder why a family was put in this room. The service Staff at the resort were friendly. Though when enquiring about room quality and upgrading at the front desk the friendliness did become a little disinterested. The cleaning crew were awesome and so are the majority of the wait staff. They made the stay bearable. The Resort This is a very large resort and takes time to walk around. Use of facilities such as the pool can incur extra charges. We had it included in our room rate thankfully. Most other facilities were an extra cost. The food We had breakfast at the club lounge which was ok. Dinner at other venues and room service was ok but not cheap as you are paying resort rates. Quality of the food in general was ok. Overall this was too expensive for what it was. You are paying five star resort rates for two star accommodation. You can find cheaper and much better quality accomodation elsewhere.

手洗い場に石鹸が無い。朝刊の配達が廃止になった。クラブラウンジが騒がしい。カクテルタイムにライスの提供は不必要。夕食会場では無い。
