We stayed for 5 nights on our first trip to Japan. The location was great for a subway, and it was clean and safe, however the road noise was terrible, and my head was right under the window. The room was super small (I’m writing this after visiting other areas of Japan) and there was no where to put any clothes or a case. The bathroom was clean and functional and had toiletries. Clean towels were provided everyday…. However the bin wasn’t emptied in the 5 nights we stayed. The restaurant in the basement was good; we really enjoyed the robot service and the restaurants staff were nice. The reception team were ok; certainly not as hospitable as the other Japanese people we have met. The hotel was pretty dated, and smelled strongly of smoke.

Amazing place. The staff are all amazing and so helpful. The lady who picked up our phone call when we had questions was so nice and respectful, she was so amazing and answered questions well. Overall rooms were clean and full family was very happy!

Nice small Japanese Hotel not in Tourist Location

Nice Japanese Hotel - very small hotel rooms @ 13 sq mtrs for a double and 11 sq mtrs for a single. Location is in business district and not well suited for tourists. 80 mtrs from train station. Buffet breakfast only fair

Budget hotel in a nearby subway station.

This budget hotel is only worth for value but not exceptional. It is nearby the Kayabacho station and has a convenience store & a cafe beside it too. But the first impression that it give me already fail me. The hotel entrance has staircase going up to the lobby. If you are bringing big luggages, be prepared to carry them up and down yourself. This hotel room is quite small without wardrobe. And only provide 2 hanger per pax to use only. Their housekeeping is not very consistent, did not clean the used cups and clear away my rubbish bin sometimes. The hotel also has vending machines in every levels too.

東京で立地が良いと最低１２０００円。早めに予定決まればお得です。コンビニ・ファミレス・カフェ全てが徒歩５分。
