Fanatic hotel right from the start a very warm and welcoming staff the lobby is beautiful rooms are a little dated but have everything you need in them big tv comfortable bed air conditioning and WiFi rooms very clean and plenty of stores and restaurants on site and train station to links all over Japan just a 10 minute walk up the road plenty to do in the area temples and the sky tree 15 minute taxi ride or if you like to walk like we did you see plenty on the way amazing place

Too far out and tired

This hotel is too far out of Tokyo if you want to see the sights and be in the heart of the city. There is an underground nearby, but it is on the busy commuter underground line. Very tired hotel, beds badly stained and dirty and small rooms. Lack of western breakfast food options. If holidaying in Tokyo please do not stay here.

This is a 5 star experience from a 4 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is top tier. Mix of oriental and American breakfast made from quality ingredients. My room was a decent size and the hotel has a lot of amenities. It’s located above a small shopping mall and a 5 minute walk from the station - free shuttle busses daily

Très bon hôtel à 10 mn du métro Toyocho avec une vue sur la Tokyo tower. Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix et très propres. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné Personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner excellent. Un bon compormis entre prix et qualité

This hotel was older and rooms small. But very clean and everything you need for a trip. Shampoo conditioner shower caps razor toothbrush etc felt really helpful. Has kettle hairdryer and safe. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good maps in hotel re local sites. The hotel is out of any busy area and not really near too many sites. Nice ba if you go out to the front of the hotel walk right 5 mins and cross the road. Craft ale small bar to the left of hotel walk 8 mins cross road. View from our room was amazing of the skytree so ask fir a tower view. Cocktail bar had dab views but soleless.
