1 star hotel in the middle of an industrial park.

Don’t stay here. It is in the middle of an industrial park with nothing around. You have to get transportation to the nearest convenience store. The shuttle doesn’t bring you to Disney like the site says, and doesn’t run as scheduled. We were 5 mins early to the lobby and it had already left. Hotel staff aren’t helpful at all and the restaurant is always closed. Stay somewhere else, it’s worth the extra money.

Excellent stay; shuttle to Disney

Beautiful hotel. Reasonably priced. As a Canadian, I appreciated what I came to realize is standard practice in Japan. Pjs and slippers provided. Twin beds. Hotel supplied basic toiletries in the lobby if anything is forgotten. Rooms were very clean, twin beds were comfortable. Wifi worked very well. There was a small confectionary to buy snacks. Being used to North American standards in hotels, Japan just far exceeds my "normal" expectations. Excellent excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and I was able to get by with English. Not much in the area around the hotel as far as restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel, but didn't use because I wanted to get to Disney early. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Tokyo Disneyland. If you want to get to Disney Sea, you'd have to take the monorail from Tokyo Disneyland to Disney Sea or potentially walk as Disney Sea is closer to the hotel than Tokyo Disneyland. I transported from Narita airport with a shuttle bus to the Disney resort; from there I easily grabbed a taxi to the hotel; I wasn't aware there is a shuttle back to the hotel.

送迎バス

初日、シーからの送迎バスにてこずりました。舞浜駅からしかバスが出てないという不便さと、Jトリップのホテル情報が古く、舞浜駅のディズニーと反対側で待つように、昔の情報が書いてあったので、手こずりました。ホテルに電話して聞いて乗り場を探しましたが、今度は違う路線バスに乗ってしまい、最後はタクシーを呼ぶことになりました。

家族３人で4ベッド 　24平米の部屋に宿泊しました 浴室はシャワーのみでしたが特に問題ありませんでした 朝食のバイキングはもう少し和食の種類があると良かった パンの種類は豊富です

What our family of 3 liked: 1. Spacious room with beds enough for us 3 2. Free shuttles going to Maihama/Disneyland station every 15mins, excellent location 3. Free access to open-air spa/onsen 4. Convenience store with reasonable prices at the lobby 5. English speaking staff at the front desk 6. The bathroom was a joy to use
