設備も綺麗で接客も丁寧でとても快適に過ごすことができました。大切にしていたネックレスを部屋に忘れてしまったのですが、自宅まで配送していただき本当にありがとうございました。ディズニーに行く際は是非また利用したいと思います。

Clean but small with great breakfast

4 of us stayed in a bunk bed room here whilst we went to Disneyland. The hotel was very clean, but the room itself was tiny for 4 people plus luggage and was the smallest room we’d stayed in during our Japan stay. There was a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to Maihama station which is where the Disney monorail operates from. It only operates at specific times of the day and I’ve attached the schedule which was in place when we stayed. They were pretty good about trying to fit everyone on the bus, but it did have a capacity limit, and we felt the pressure to make sure we got a seat. We later realised that there was a public bus to/from Disney sea that was quicker than the monorail/ shuttle and only involved a 5 min walk to the hotel. There were 3 combined washer/dryer machines for the whole hotel, and they took coins. We used them and they were ok, but like a lot of those combined machines, the clothes were still a bit damp when they came out, so we hung them in the wardrobe section of the room. There was a free meal at night of rice and Japanese condiments. We also had buffet breakfast included and it was a very good spread with lots of Japanese and western options. We went to the local sushi restaurant for dinner that was recommended by another reviewer and it was great (Hamazushi). Whilst the hotel claimed to have a pillow library to choose from, it was mainly empty during our stay and the pillows in the rooms weren’t very comfortable. The staff at the desk were friendly but didn’t speak much English and there was a problem with the lock on our room door one afternoon that took them an hour or so to fix, which left us waiting at reception.

Great hotel nearby Tokyo Disneyland

Hiyori hotel is located nearby Tokyo Disneyland and provides an excellent value for money compared to many other hotels in the area. Interior is basic, rooms are small but typically standard japanese size. The bathroom is in comparison relatively big. Cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is more than enough and has a nice variety. A hotel shuttle bus brings and picks you up from nearby Maihama JR trainstation, which is also at the entrance of Disneyland. Staff are very friendly and motivated. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

スタッフ全員の対応がGOOD👍ホテルのフロントにタクシーを頼んでいたのですが、時間にタクシーが遅れ、フロント近くで待機していた時、親切な対応をしていただきました。また送迎バスの運転手の中川さん？だったかなぁ🤔すごーく面白い🤣宿泊される方はぜひ会ってみてください‼️男前ですが、戸惑うくらい変な人です🤣あと、今回は連泊で清掃なしプランでしたが、部屋に戻ってくるとドアノブに新しいタオルなどが入った手提げ袋がかけてありました。他のホテルの清掃なしプランだと、フロントにわざわざ言わないとタオルを交換してもらえないこともあるので、とてもGOOD👏ディズニーから少し遠いや送迎の本数が少ないとかあるかもしれませんが、ディズニー利用時はリピート確定です👍

今回で3回目のリピーターです。 今回はReluxのクーポンでリーズナブルな価格でお邪魔しました。 長女の20歳の誕生日、就職祝いで伺いました。宿泊料金にかかわらず、 ベットに温かい手書きのサプライズがあり感動しました。 朝食ブッフェでは、満席でも他の席をご用意してくださったり、2021年に初めて伺った時にお世話になった従業員さんが私達のことを覚えていてくださり子供達と感動しました。 日和ホテルさんはいつも本当に言う事なしでいつも満足させてもらっています。 ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m
