All good for stay in Tokyo

Stayed as part of a large group. Hotel close to metro station. Staff helpful and the robots! Breakfast good and free bar at the evening was a treat. Narita express then a metro from airport. Rooms fine, I would stay again. Couple of stores close by

フロントがAIロボットで不安でしたが近くで普通の従業員も居たのでひと安心。22時までアルコール含むドリンクも自由で快適でした。自由すぎてホントに宿泊者かと思う場面も有りました。

Big on amenitites!

We stayed here for 6 nights in June 2024. We had a lovely stay. First of all, the rooms are soundproof. We were directly across from an elevator but did not hear a thing. The room was small but comfortable for our family of 3. FYI: we did not have large suitcases, just small carry-ons. Breakfast was yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries and coffee, tea & various juices. They had complimentary tea time & cocktail hour which were very nice. This hotel has a lot of amenities which makes it quite nice. We used the laundry facilities which were very convient. We would definitely recommend. Location was great. No complaints!

Excellent start to our Japan family adventure

Our family had an excellent start to our Japan adventure staying two nights at Henna hotel Ginza. The location is excellent. Transfer from Haneda airport (c. 45 mins) was straightforward on the Metro followed by short walk. We enjoyed the free breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Everything that Ginza has to offer was within short, walking distance. Extremely safe. Staff were lovely. As smattering of English, plenty to communicate with. We Connected Chromecast to our TV through a short visit to our room from an employee. They also provided extra pillows. Beds were on the hard side but very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Room was ample for our needs. We enjoyed the clothes “cleaning cupboard”.

LGスタイラーが使えるホテル。これがこのホテルのポイント。部屋は可もなく不可もなし。ベッドの、マットレスがやや硬いが、好みの程度。
