Friendly staff and a good spread of food especially traditional Japanese treats . We love how the food are cut into small little sizes to fit into the tray that was handed to us at the reception counter as to not make the buffet tray look messy . Taste ✅ looks ✅

Hotel in busy Shinjuku

Shinjuku is a very busy place in Tokyo. And it was not fun navigating our way around in this area for this hotel. The train station is so large and walking from one end to another was so tiring. It was a long walk (maybe 15min?) to the hotel with our luggage. Room is small and a bit aged. It's not bad but I would stay away from Shinjuku next time.

Breakfast here is amazing, you should try! There are lots of different choices! Hotel is clean and has everything you need. Rooms are perfectly clean and they are very comfortable. There is no noise during night time too. Best location near Shinjuku and Kabuki-cho✌🏼

Well. The location is not as convenient as I think but it is good enough with its price. The reception is nice as he kindly reminded us how to enter the hotel main entrance at night. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. He also tried hard to promote the hotel breakfast to us by offering some discount. OK! We take it because of his good attitude. (He is not a japanese nor chinese may be a nepalese) For the room, it is fair enough. Not much you can expect with the price. It is small but big enough for one night. Just open your luggage and close it and put it under the bed. Toilet has some odour but it s Tokyo city center! Dont expect too much from your price. You can go for it if you have tight budget. It is reasonable for that cost. BUT I DO NOT EXPECT SUCH AN ATTITUDE FROM A JAPANESE WAITRESS. SO NO MORE FOR ME...THANKS OK for the breakfast... it is delicious and has a lot of choices. However, the waitress MS 今井 serving the restuarant at the groud floor is not polite. Her tone drove me mad. She is not speaking politely to the guest. You should do that ...You should do that .... She simply does not understand her tone drive people mad. Ok ... i should have asked for the hot water from her. But even after i have asked. She said i should boiled inside my room. OK... THAT S IT... NO MORE STAY IN THIS HOTEL FOR ME.

Location location location, friendly staff, nice Japanese style breakfast and croissants, Josephine the hostess best part of the deal! 10 minutes from Shinjuku train station, worth the walk for cultural experience. Convenient to 711 . Very nice and great deal for the money! Rooms are small but big enough, I'm a solo traveler, works for me! Definitely stay again.
