Hotel Relief Namba Daikokucho is a 3-star hotel situated in Osaka's Namba district, just a 5-minute walk from Daikokucho Station and around 15 minutes on foot from the vibrant Namba area. The hotel provides a range of accommodations, including double rooms, all designed for a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast featuring freshly baked bread. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Japan, this was the most budget-friendly, even during the sakura season when hotel rates are typically at their peak.

Needs to be refurbished. Old, dark and smelly room.

We stayed in this place for 5 nights. The staff are pleasant but the place does need a refurb. The room was not too small but just poorly laid out, old and dark. The bed was placed against the wall whereas there is plenty of room to place it so both occupants can walk around it. There was something wrong with the drains and the room smelled bad and it was particularly noticeable on entering the room each time. As a result I would not recommend this place.

Budget friendly Hotel for families in Osaka

Very good location. provides happy hours in the evening from 5Pm-8PM with unlimited drinks and Ice Cream. Located on the main street, near/walkable distance to local metro. Very good rooms. Serves only bread based breakfast every day. Rooms are little small.

Walking distance from metro Daikokucho station but further up from Namba where you could get multiple train connections to KIX, Nara, Kyoto and more cities. Generally the location is good at the price we paid. All you can eat bread breakfast in the morning with freshly baked bread which is good enough for a light breakfast. The kids enjoy the free ice cream throughout the day and you could also chill it with self mix cocktail from 6-8pm daily. The room is decent size in Japan. Nothing to complaint about.

一階にコンビニのある１０階建てのホテルです。かつてはワンルームマンションだったよう。無料サービスが充実している。ウエルカムドリンクでは、ソフトドリンクはもちろんのこと、アイスクリームも。18:00からアルコール類も飲み放題。セミダブルシングルの部屋は普通のビジネスホテルより広い。独立型エアコンや加湿空気清浄機、ミニキッチンまである。洗い場付きのバスルームはトイレと独立。7時からの無料朝食は焼きたてパン8種類、ワッフル、シリアル、粉スープ2種類、ソフトドリンク。パン好きならおすすめの朝食だ。コスパ高のホテルです。
