불친절한 직원이 있어요

M***라는 여직원이 매우 불친절해서 기분이 나빴습니다. 같은 직원인지는 알 수 없지만 체크아웃 후 길을 물어봤는데 불친절했다는 후기를 봤는데, 저도 체크아웃 할때 당했습니다. 말을 끊고 인상을 찌푸리고, 제 질문에 어이없다는 표정으로 마지못해 답하더군요. 근처에서 제일 비싸던데 근거리에 싸고 현대적인 호텔들 많아요. 객실도 오래되고 직원 교육도 형편없어요. 다른 곳 가세요.

トイレとお風呂が別々だったのが高評価！ホテル自体は古いのかなと思いますが、清潔でしたし、整えられていました。スタッフの方はみなさんプロですね！非常に気持ちよく過ごせました。

Hassle free accommodation, right next to USJ. Under ¥50,000 a night for 4 with breakfast. Don’t think, just book it.

Perfect location outside USJ. Avoid the hassle of catching a train to and from USJ. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The room was spacious enough to fit 4, comfortably. It would have been nice to have some sort of USJ exclusive packages or offers, as they are so close to each other. A Lawson is downstairs.

It was absolutely terrible, I don’t blame them for not speaking English but the service was atrocious. They could not get us the right tickets and could not direct us to usj. No tv channels are in English, there is only one usb port. The kettle couldn’t even reach the power point and I had to place the kettle on the floor to use it. This place is not worth staying unless you’re staying one night just to go to universal. Im absolutely disappointed and extremely upset. Now I have a grand daughter who is in tears about not being able to go on the donkey kong ride as the hotel said they would sort the tickets out. The view we had was the only nice thing.
