Good location to covered mall filled with shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our room, 213, had two beds. They put a lot of stuff in a tight space. Bathroom was very small with tub/shower combo. Water pressure was great. Only daily trash removal and towel exchange which was fine by us. Two water bottles left in room each day. Breakfast was okay. Lots of Japanese choices. They did have yogurt and some fruit, and cold cereal if you didn’t want soup, rice or other Japanese dishes. Also small bites of various sweets. Coffee machine and cold drink dispenser is also available in late afternoon.

Good location near to the main shopping district. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious for Japan however, the decor was dated and is in need of a refurbishment. The bathroom smelled and there was only a small shelf for toiletries - certainly not big enough for two people sharing the space. The breakfast was adequate but most food options had run out by 8am and not replenished despite the breakfast service being open until 9.30am. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean.

Great location for tourists. good rooms both in size and amenities. Lille bit of a walk from the train station but manageable. breakfast was average. lower floor room could be noisy during day time. Front desk staff was helpful when asked about kimono rental.

Soggiorno di coppia molto piacevole! Ottima colazione e situato in un punto strategico per girare la città, vicinissimo al mercato e alla via delle geisha. A disposizione kit per il bagno come spazzolino, dentifricio e tante altre cose. Unico difetto per me materasso un pochino duro ma per il resto tutto perfetto! Personale disponibile e cordiale

Wish we could stay longer!

What an amazing stay! Wonderful hotel, location, and service. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Hotel room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It gave a Japanese theme vibe. It is so centrally located to tons of shopping and restaurants, and Nishiki Market is around a 5-minute walk away, and Gion a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommend
