函館でここの系列のホテルに滞在し、朝食が美味しかったので、今回も朝食付きのプランにしました。ここも朝食が美味しくて良かったです。一つ残念なのは、レストランで働いているタイ人の女性の方が夫にとても馴れ馴れしく、体を触ったりし、夫も少し引いていました。その方に私の夫であることを伝えると、私が席にいない時に夫の側に来て、話しかけていたようです。とてもそれだけが不愉快でした。部屋も少し大きめの部屋にしたので、二人でも窮屈ではありませんでした。

We visited as an Australian family of four (boys aged 16 and 11) and opted for two rooms next to each other, which worked perfectly for our needs. This hotel was a fantastic find in Osaka. Located directly across from Minamimorimachi Station, it's just one stop away from central Osaka, making it perfect for exploring the city and getting to Universal Studios Japan. The breakfast was a standout feature - while not the largest selection we'd seen in Japan, it was exceptionally well-curated with high-quality options that were absolutely delicious. Everything was prepared and presented beautifully. The staff were helpful and accommodating, though some had limited English proficiency. It's worth having a translation app ready on your phone to help with more complex requests - this made communication much smoother. The hotel's location in a more local area means you're surrounded by authentic dining options in the nearby laneways - perfect for experiencing real Osaka cuisine. The laundry facilities were excellent, with laundry baskets provided which made managing our family's washing really convenient during our stay. While not right in the bustling center of Osaka, the nearby metro station means you can reach popular areas like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi within minutes. The proximity to the Pokémon Center and Nintendo Store (near Osaka Station) was also a plus for our family. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a comfortable base in Osaka with great transport links and excellent breakfast options.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We really liked this hotel, and thought that it was above most 3 star hotels. The room was reasonably big for Japanese standards, although there was still no space for a closet. The services were great, the breakfast diverse and plentiful, with frequent refills. The cleanliness was also impeccable.

Luna de miel, cercano a Dotonbori

Fuimos para nuestra luna de miel, pasamos 4 noches en el hotel en Osaka, a 1 minuto de la entrada del metro y muy cerca del bus que te deja en la estación central de Osaka. A solamente 15 min en metro o menos de Dotonbori el personal muy amable, te intenta ayudar en todo y la habitación cómoda y cumple con las necesidades de estos tipos de viaje. Volveríamos

Wonderful hotel--great location--across from a train station. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel was also reasonably priced--really couldn't have asked for more.
