Stayed 2 nights at this clean and comfortable hotel conveniently located near Dotonbori. Lobby a few flights up, and it looked like quite a spread at the buffet, I wish we had tried. The friendly staff held our luggage as we were too early to check in.

We found this hotel to be in a good location for what we wanted to see in the Dotonburi area of Osaka. The staff were very nice, and we appreciated that they held our luggage until we could check in. They are really strict about their check in time policy. Our room was adequate in size; we expected the room to be small by western standards. However, it was TOO HOT in the room. There was no thermostat to control the temperature in the room, so we could not cool it off. The wifi was horrible in our room. We basically could not connect. The pillows were cheap, not supportive. However, we DID like the breakfast. There was a good selection, and we LIKED that it was more traditional Japanese cuisine. Seating was tight in the breakfast area, though. I don't think we'd return to this hotel. The value for your dollars is not good.

A bit far from amenities

Not too sure about this hotel as I found the area was a bit seedy and certainly not as clean as any of our other destinations. The room was adequate if not a little small but it was clean. The reception is in the same room as the dining area which was a bit weird and the breakfast was very basic but enough choice although all the drinks were watered down so the orange juice just tasted of scented water. There’s a 7-11 next door so that was really handy but its a long walk from anywhere you would want to visit

Excellent hotel à Dotonbori

Cet hotel est vraiment parfait. Situé stratégiquement à Dotonbori, cet hotel nous a ravies ma fille et moi. L'hôtel est propre, les chambre sont assez spacieuses pour le Japon, petit plus: la télé est connectée à Netflix et Amazon, ce qui est sympatique le soir car beaucoup d'autres hôtels n'ont que des chaînes japonaises. Des boissons fraîches types sodas ou jis de fruits et des boissons chaudes sont offertes toute la journée ( sauf au petit dejeuner) au niveau de la réception de l'hôtel. Des machines à laver sont également disponibles au niveau de la réception. Je conseille vraiment cet hôtel.

Great location. Clean hotel and friendly staff

A great location near to the bustling Dotonbori area of Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room was spacious with a large vanity area, separate shower room and separate toilet. The breakfast didn't really cater for Westerners but there was an adequate food selection.
