We stayed at this hotel the night before catching a flight from Osaka airport for convenience. It was cheap and cheerful and check in with robot dinosaurs at reception provided a few laughs and a bit of entertainment and it was easy enough to communicate with our godzilla friends as they also 'spoke' English!! When I required human assistance it was easy enough to speak to someone on the telephone and a little man came out of the room adjacent reception to help with sorting a heating issue in our room (ie, we couldn't read Japanese on the remote control!) and also with luggage storage. Our room was basic with twin beds and en-suite. It was clean and adequate for just an overnight stay. The location is about a 5 minute walk from Rinku Town train station, the last stop before the Airport itself. We didn't try the spa or the onsite cafe/restaurant as we walked to the shopping mall by the station for food. For novelty value as well practicality, I would recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay at Henn Na Hotel Kansai Airport! The check-in process with robot dinosaurs was smooth and efficient, adding a fun and futuristic touch. When human staff were needed, service was quick—we never waited more than a minute. Our room had a parking lot view, and the lights outside prevented it from being completely dark. If you’re sensitive to light, upgrading to an ocean-side room might be worth it. The location is convenient for travelers, about a 10-minute walk from Rinku Town Station. There’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, but not much else within walking distance except the outlet mall, which is about 15 minutes away. One of the highlights was the public bath next to the hotel. For just a small tax fee, it was fantastic to relax in the bath before bed. Breakfast was simple but healthy and of decent quality. At 1,600 yen, it felt a bit pricey, but it’s worth considering if you can book a breakfast-included rate. The room itself was typical for a Japanese business hotel—compact but functional. Ours had a lingering body odor from the previous guest, which might have been beyond the hotel's control. Instead of a TV, the room had a projector, which was great for nighttime but not ideal during the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It was a great choice for the night before our departing flight, and we’d consider staying again

Hôtel très pratique pour pour arriver rapidement à l'aéroport. Accueil sympathique avec des robots dinosaures. Gros coup de cœur pour le onsen avec sa vue magnifique sur la mer ! Chambre agréable mais petit bémol j'ai mal dormi à cause de la dureté du matelas et de l'oreiller. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand espace commun où l'on peut manger, lire ( il y a beaucoup de mangas ). Le quartier environnant est mort hormis un petit centre commercial.

Отель отлично расположен, в одной станции от аэропорта. Рядом аутлет, большой продуктовый. На ресепшн вас встречают динозавры, wow-эффект обеспечен! Номера нормальные, но подушки как будто из цельного дерева, настолько дубовые. Везде слой пыли, так типично для Японии. Крохотная ванная и такой же крохотный туалет. Онсен включен в стоимость номера, но категорически не пускают людей с татуировками.

Просторная комната (по сравнению с типовыми японскими отелями), очень чисто, удобные большие кровати, заселение без персонала, на ресепшене (как и в других отелях сети) стоят роботы - динозавры :) цена по меркам Осаки очень приемлемая! Соотношения цена / качество отличное! Хотя отель позиционируется как отель при аэропорте, на самом деле, он расположен в нескольких километрах - одна остановка на электричке, и ещё потом от станции надо минут 10 идти под какими-то эстакадами, переходить несколько дорог. С чемоданами это совсем неудобно...
